- Architected the Test Artifact Viewer (TAV) desktop app and the NACL 2.0 shared framework, setting engineering standards — docs, lint enforcement, release process — later adopted org-wide.
- Drove the investment in observability: designed the Grafana dashboard strategy and automated CI failure triage, cutting incident response time across engineering.
- Led the Testbed v1 → v2 migration, a cross-team infrastructure decision spanning firmware integration and platform reliability.
- Authored the Platform Usability HLD — the reference design doc new engineers now onboard from.
